Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Versoweg, operated by programmiert Web Entwicklung e.U., Mahrweg 1, 1220 Wien, Österreich.

2. Role of the platform

Versoweg is not a freight forwarder, carrier or transport agent. Versoweg only provides the technical platform for getting in touch. A transport contract is made exclusively between the customer and the driver. Versoweg does not set prices, assign transports, collect transport fees or become a party to the transport.

Prices shown in search results are non-binding guide values, calculated only from the terms the driver entered.

Search results only show drivers whose vehicle and area fit the transport. They are sorted by distance to the pickup, then by the guide value. A better position cannot be bought. You decide whom to ask.

3. Account

Using the platform requires an account with a confirmed email address and phone number. Information must be true and current. One account per person or company; login details must not be shared.

4. Drivers

Drivers are listed only after we have checked their identity document, trade licence and insurance. They keep vehicle, company and insurance details current. If the insurance expires, the profile is hidden until a new certificate has been checked.

5. Inquiries, unlocks and plans

Drivers first see an inquiry without name, contact details and exact addresses. These appear only after unlocking. Unlocks use the free allowance or a plan (subscription); plan contents and prices are shown on the "Subscription and allowance" page.

Credits: within 30 days of an unlock a driver can request a credit with a reason. We review and decide; a granted credit returns one unlock.

6. Postings, offers and trips

Offers on posted transports and entering trips are free. Contact details in offers are removed automatically. Getting around the unlock, for example with contact details in texts or place names, is not allowed.

7. Reviews and conduct

Only customers who contacted a driver through an unlocked inquiry can review, once per inquiry. Reviews must be truthful. Insults, harassment and false statements are not allowed.

8. Reports

Drivers, reviews, messages, transports and offers can be reported with "Report". We review every report and tell the reporter our decision with reasons (Digital Services Act). Point of contact: info@programmiert.at.

9. Blocking

For violations, in particular fraud or getting around the unlock, we can block accounts. Open inquiries, offers and trips then end. To prevent new accounts we keep email address, phone number, name, VAT ID and licence plates on a block list.

10. Liability, changes, law
